On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared that the outbreak of the disease caused by the new type of coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 is a pandemic.
Then we launched a series of broadcasts, breaking down the first scientific publications into accessible language. And we even got "slapped on the wrist" for too vivid comments.
Years have passed and tens of thousands of publications have been published.
What are the main lessons of the pandemic:
💉Constant genomic and epidemiological surveillance, pre-prepared packages of proven measures to prevent virus transmission, telemedicine infrastructure, transparent communication with the population are needed.
💊There is no need to take a bunch of drugs and dietary supplements on your own. It didn't help at all.
The use of antibiotics "for cover" did not provide benefits, but caused many side effects.
And what did the pandemic bring into your life, share?
