The VPN I've been using for 3 years has started working a bit worse... no wonder... The Russian Federation spends more on blocking freedoms than on education reform and business support combined.

But I still pay 150 rubles per month... I know there are slightly cheaper options, but I like how the tech support guys quickly, coolly, and promptly provide any help.
