⚡️ Fresh Leak: AMD Testing 10-Core Zen 6 for Future Laptops

A mysterious 10-core AMD processor has appeared in the Geekbench database, which appears to belong to the new Medusa Point family based on the Zen 6 architecture.

The engineering sample scored 1210 points in the single-core test and 7323 in the multi-core test. The main highlight of the new chip is a noticeably increased L3 cache: 32 MB versus 24 MB on current Strix Point chips.

Why is increasing L3 cache so important? It's like expanding your desk without getting up from your chair.

⁉️ The processor doesn't have to frequently run to the "distant closet" (RAM) for data.

Everything you need is already at hand. That's why chips with large cache (like AMD's famous X3D) are so good in games - they feed data for frame calculations faster.
