Preamble
I don't like these games with registries, A+ marks and other restrictions. It's already very annoying, but external conditions are something you have to die put up with and adapt to. Grinding my teeth, but adapting. I'm writing so you can decide for yourself whether to go there or not. But if you have a business, sole proprietorship or legal entity - you must go - no options.

To the point
The platform offers two paths. The first is for bloggers with an A+ mark, if you already have a channel with 10k+ in one of the social networks (with the mark they will keep your original username - but more on that below in the text). I don't have those, I didn't register with Roskomnadzor, so this path is not for me. I went through MAX for business - you need a sole proprietorship or legal entity in the Russian Federation.

1️⃣ Register at business.max.ru, verify your organization. Several methods to choose from - Tbank ID, other banks or Gosuslugi. I went through Gosuslugi - almost instantly. Be sure to submit the application from a MAX profile linked to the same phone number as Gosuslugi - there is a connection.

2️⃣ My channel was approved almost immediately - pleasantly surprised, they said 24 hours of moderation. But right away came the first "oh well": you can't choose a username yet, it's assigned automatically in the format idINN_biz. Ugly, disappointing, they promise that this option will be added later.

3️⃣ With the bot/application it was a bit more interesting. The first time it didn't pass moderation - the name "Vitrina" was rejected. No details, just said change it - no criteria given. I renamed it to VitrinaRandomBot, submitted again - approved (apparently in MAX they haven't read the law on abandoning Latin script yet 😃). From the first application to final approval, including re-moderation, it took a little over a day. The bot's username is also automatic: idINN_bot - I wasn't surprised this time.

4️⃣ Among partner tools in MAX there are already bot builders, chat platforms, CRM systems. But I didn't find anything for gamification or community management - which means there is room for other solutions. I'll try to get in with Vitrina, let's see if they accept and promote it))

5️⃣ Regarding documentation: it differs from the Telegram API, and so far everything is quite limited at first glance. It's clearly raw. Most likely we will make a separate client for MAX, otherwise it won't work properly. And we will add double subscription verification on two platforms, which will be just the solution for businesses that want to transfer their customers - and give them a chance to win a candy on Vitrina.

To sum up - nothing scary or complicated here. A platform is a platform. Register, verify, submit applications, wait - that's it. Technically, it's no more than an hour of your time. That's all for now.
