I was completely swamped — head down, no time to look up. So here's everything at once.

1. Automation project ⚙️

Worked with a company where managers were literally drowning in repetitive tasks. You know the drill: pull data from CRM into a report, send reminders to clients, update inventory, generate quotes, track deadlines. Five tasks — and each one devours time like crazy.

I wrapped it all in an n8n + AI combo. Now the system fetches data, generates documents, and chases deadlines on its own. The manager who used to spend half a day messing with spreadsheets now focuses on sales. As it should be 💪

The most interesting part — the owner initially didn't believe it was possible without "big development." Through vibecoding, I got it all up and running in two weeks. No team of ten, no half-year budget. Just took it and did it.

2. Skutr Docs — beta is ongoing 🛠

In parallel, I was polishing Skutr Docs based on beta testers' feedback. The guys gave a ton of feedback — and it's awesome because when users criticize constructively, the product grows much faster than when you sit alone and fantasize.

Fixed what they asked for, improved UX. Now the main focus is promotion. The product works, people have started using it, next step is scaling. I'll share how it goes — no sugarcoating.

3. Now the best part — NeuroExpert 🚀

These last few days I've been deep into the strategic plan for a new project. And honestly — I haven't been this excited in a long time.

In short: imagine you're an expert. Psychologist, lawyer, nutritionist, doctor — doesn't matter. You have tons of knowledge and experience, but clients go to those who shout louder on Instagram. Meanwhile, people ask ChatGPT and Yandex about your field — and get vague answers without specifics.

NeuroExpert solves this. The system automatically finds questions that neural networks answer poorly but that thousands of people Google every month. Delivers them to the expert as an "order." The expert records a voice response in 10 minutes — the platform turns it into an SEO article, a Telegram post, cards, a Reels script, and an FAQ block. Publishes it with proper SEO structure and special markup for AI crawlers — and then two channels work simultaneously: neural networks (ChatGPT, YandexGPT, Perplexity) cite the expert's answer, and search engines (Yandex, Google) rank the page. Each page has a "book now" button 🎯

One voice recording — five content formats and two client acquisition channels. No SMM, no ad budget, no "make it pretty in Canva."

No one can guarantee citation by neural networks — but the platform maximizes all factors we can influence. And SEO traffic works in parallel as a full second channel.

And here's what's interesting: on the Russian market, I haven't found a full-cycle "from voice to client via neural networks" solution yet. There are separate AEO tools, content generators, SEO agencies for 200K per month — but everything in one bundle tailored for experts, not marketers — I haven't seen that.

The market is huge — hundreds of thousands of practicing experts in Russia alone. AIO — content optimization for inclusion in neural network answers — is just emerging as a field, and I want to claim my spot while the window is open ⚡️
