Yes, it certainly works in a funny way. You seem to have everything figured out in your head, already planned everything, started doing something. Then it comes to telling someone about this idea of yours. And publicly. Like this on the internet.
It gets damn scary. Well, interestingly, if you don't look at yourself in the camera, it's not that scary. But you still have to post it so someone sees it, says what nonsense you came up with, or praises you, or something else. It really gets to the point where you pick up your phone, point it at yourself, press record, and start saying something, and your stomach clenches. That's where true procrastination begins.
You immediately think that you look unlucky today, haven't shaved, clothes are wrinkled and dirty. I don't have a microphone. Where should I record? Where do I need to talk so it's quiet? What should I talk about?
Like I'm not ready yet. It's funny to track such things in yourself.
