I keep forgetting to give you practically useful content.

I don't really like alcohol and tolerate it quite poorly. I drink, of course, but without pleasure.

The thing is, since my youth I've had severe hangovers, which over time have become accompanied by various unpleasant things (for example, during a hangover I can have a very strong panic attack, although in life I don't particularly suffer from them in any pronounced form).

In short, it's a nightmare.

And then at one party I complained to my friend. She looked at me like I was an idiot. "Hangover? Why don't you drink something to prevent it? I take succinic acid and I never get hangovers."

I came home with shaking hands and stuffed myself with succinic acid, which I usually take in the morning, not in the evening.

And a miracle. Just a wonder.

In the morning I woke up like a human.

I didn't know it worked that way. I had never heard of it. For the last ten years, I thought my coolest secret life hack was that if you feel sleepy for no reason, you need to take a loading dose of vitamin C.

It turned out the salvation from my suffering was right there.

I didn't start drinking more; I still avoid drinking alcohol outside the home, but life has definitely become better.

And you, drink to your health 👌
