Read the fine print

I saw a new competition - digit.d-russia.ru and wanted to recommend it, after all it looks solidly state-sponsored, but I decided to first read the competition rules. By the way, it's worth scrolling past the website to the rules; there, although in tedious language, there is usually more truth. I read the terms and was surprised by the abundance of prize money and the conditions for participation. Namely:
- Each participant receives a brief review of the project from the Expert Council
- Each participant receives a diploma in electronic form
- First-place winners receive a branded statuette
- Opportunity to speak at a regional forum.

And, drumroll, participation is paid - 5100 rubles for startups.
