Here's how it usually looks for the last 3 years. The host says: "You have 20 minutes to socialize!" A third of the room goes out into the hallway for coffee. A third stares at their phone. The remaining third talks, but only with those they already know.

Sometimes it's round tables where 10 people have to get to know each other in 5 minutes and give self-introductions - 7 out of 10 of which are as boring as straw, and the rest are irrelevant.🥲

And since I'm a co-organizer of the forum on March 26, I decided it shouldn't be like this. But how then? I had to develop a new scheme...

🥂 At the YMF, each participant will receive a tool that turns networking from a template into a quest with tasks for the whole day - from simple ones to those that require courage. With difficulty levels and points for completion. The higher the stake, the more interesting the task. The most expensive one costs 100 points. What needs to be done - you'll find out on the spot (if you come).

There will be three difficulty levels. Warm-up - to break the ice. Main - to gather not contacts, but real connections in a day. And the PRO level - for those who are bolder. 💪

One thing I can say: by the end of the day, you'll have not a stack of business cards, but people you can actually do business with.
