Everyone who has launched a product knows how hard it is to kill it, even when necessary, because over time we become attached to it. The main startup proverb goes: "If the horse is dead, dismount." So why not go the opposite way? Anti-pitches and anti-business canvases. Prove to yourself and the team that the project shouldn't be launched?
If we turn to science, we hear that a startup is a temporary organization for finding a working business model. The key word is temporary, i.e., we should not build a business, but only test the business model and in any case kill the startup so that it, like a phoenix, is reborn into a business or dies forever. Therefore, the goal of a startup is death, preferably as fast and cheap as possible. So let's accept this from the very beginning and include in the startup's plans and roadmaps the finale and the project closure date?
