Sometimes I look at projects that appear on brainbox and saw a project VOX there - the guys are making a service for dog boarding and walking. I was just looking for something similar. Surprisingly, they don't have an app. 8 thousand active users use an MVP in the form of a Telegram bot. Payments go through, people use it, the service is profitable, and there's still no app.
And that's great! This is the right launch, when the creators understand that their value is not a "Convenient and beautiful app", but the value is that my dog was walked. And the app can be made after testing hypotheses.
