"Cloak and Fangs" (original title De Cape et de Crocs) is a French comic series (bande dessinée) in the adventure fantasy genre with elements of a cloak-and-dagger novel. Authors: writer Alain Ayroles and artist Jean-Luc Masbou. The series ran from 1995 to 2016 (12 volumes plus additional materials).

The story takes place in an alternate 17th-century Europe where humans coexist with anthropomorphic animals. The main characters are two inseparable adventurer friends:

Don Lope de Villalobos y Sangrin — a hot-tempered, brave, and impulsive Spanish wolf, a true hidalgo with a sword and a sense of honor.
Armand Raynal de Maupertuis — a witty, poetic French fox from Gascony, a master of words, puns, and improvised poetry.
Together they embark on epic adventures full of duels, intrigues, sea voyages, mysteries, and unexpected twists.
