Company stability in the market is important only for 35% of zoomers

The Russian School of Management conducted a study and found out what motivates Generation Z employees to stay with the company.

The leading positions were taken by career growth opportunities and flexible schedule — 67% and 65% respectively. Cash bonuses and training were noted by 56% of zoomers each.

The least popular option was participation in strategic tasks — only 21% of respondents chose this option.
