On the evening of March 25, Claude users worldwide faced issues - the chatbot stopped responding, displayed errors, or worked intermittently.

On Downdetector, over 4,000 complaints were reported. Anthropic confirmed a "partial outage" and stated that engineers are already investigating the causes. Later, it turned out that problems affected not only the main model but also the Cowork mode and the Claude Opus 4.6 version.

Fortunately, within a few hours, the situation began to stabilize: the company implemented a fix.

Users, as always, actively discussed the outage in the comments - some were angry, some joked, but overall many noted that Anthropic kept them informed promptly, which is not always the case.
