We all imagine working on a product in a startup like this:

1. Find Product Market Fit
2. Get feedback
3. Improve the product and sales grow

Repeat steps 2-3 many, many times, and happiness comes to us because our product is the best in the world in a huge market, and competitors can never catch up! And do you know where the weak point is? In the phrase "Get feedback." We'll talk about its quality and what to do with it in a separate post. But here, let's discuss that people don't want to give feedback. Even negative feedback. If you have an offline business and you stand behind the counter, then yes, you can still get it, but not from everyone. Believe me. For example, I have a website about film locations - we show where a particular movie was filmed. It gets about 14-20 thousand visitors. At the bottom of the site, there is an email for contact and a Telegram. Over the couple of years the site has existed, about 5-6 people gave me feedback. The conversion rate is scary to even calculate. But my point is - people themselves are not very eager to give feedback. And collecting it is expensive and difficult.

Therefore, think through in your project how you will get audience opinions, not in a passive way, but what resources you will allocate for this and what mechanisms you will use. Feedback will not flow to you on its own.
