The channel was originally created to introduce people to the inner workings of an accelerator, to explain in more detail why certain decisions are made, how it all works. But it turned out to be something completely different. So I decided to make a solemn and public promise to improve in the next year and dedicate a quarter of the content to the work of the accelerator. But I'll start a little now.

Last year, at Industrix, we had an educational program like everyone else, but with cooler content and longer (it lasted about two months). And we received enthusiastic feedback about the program from almost all participants, it seemed to work - don't touch it. But that's not our way; we strive for perfection.

I saw that teams were not applying even half of what we taught them in theory. After thinking and realizing that all of startup is not theory and books, but practice, I decided that everything needed to be redone. In 2024, we launched an educational program based on the principle that it provides an answer to a challenge. That is, we tell the startup: you need to show a good value proposition. Here is an educational module on the topic of problem interviews, here are a few experts from the company, and two weeks to provide the result. And thus, the founder understands what he needs to do and why he should study at all. We also stretched the entire material from two months to five. And this worked much better; we saw how almost all projects consciously conducted problem interviews and received valuable comments from experts. But I decided to redo everything again.

What will happen next year? We talked with startup teams and saw that some educational modules are not needed by everyone, and some questions that arose were not covered. But we also have a limitation - we cannot stretch the education even further and simply add more lectures and practice. So we made an interesting decision. I haven't seen this in any other accelerators. A modular educational program with unique content for absolutely every project that enters the program. Each project will now undergo an interview before the pre-accelerator, where the Industrix team will assess the startup by the level of product development, team, commercialization, and production. And all lectures and practice will be classified into 9 areas according to TRL, MRL, CRL levels. After the interview, the expert will be able to assign mandatory and recommended modules, thereby building a unique educational track for each that meets the team's needs.
