Classic

These are a minority; this is an accelerator where you receive investments in exchange for a stake in the project. Its goal is to increase the value of the purchased stake and sell it, so they look for startups with large markets and growth rates.

Competition

An accelerator whose main goal is its execution and reporting numbers. Here you won't see investments or other good benefits, but rather a prize draw at the end among three winners. The money is given not for a stake, but just like that, but the money is quite small. They take everyone, usually without specific specialization. You should go there if you have already completed some programs and understand how to win. Then it can be an easy way for you to get some money for free.

Industrial

We include our accelerator Industrix in this type. Its main goal is the implementation of technologies in the company and the realization of the first sales of the startup's product. It is worth going if you are looking for an entry into a company or want to greatly improve your B2B sales skills and understand how a corporation works. As a rule, it does not take a stake in the company or intellectual property.

Training

As a rule, such programs can be found in government institutions. They provide education in entrepreneurship and cannot boast much else. Before enrolling, you need to assess the quality of this education, as in some places it is really good, and in others it is very poor.
