I see this box literally everywhere, and recently an analog from MTS appeared. Moreover, I first saw them a long time ago, when the very first devices were appearing. And the idea of this business seemed terrible to me. It looks like pennies in earnings, with a lot of operational work: negotiating with establishments, ordering boxes, repairing, maintaining apps, processing payments, tech support. And what's the profit? Rented out a hundred-ruble power bank 3 times in a week and one wasn't returned?

It turned out that this is a huge, multi-billion dollar business. And the most interesting thing is that the creator did it consciously, following all the tenets of lean startup.
