Why half? I only read up to the middle, but I'm already ready to recommend it. Although it seems to be written for trackers, it's hard to imagine a more comprehensive and accurate description of how to start your startup, and I didn't find anything about tracking there at all. I read up to the stage of conducting problem interviews, gathering needs, and first sales, and I'm ready to agree with every word there.
So here's a recommendation from personal experience - if you're still at the start or your product isn't selling well - read it.
