There is a good exercise for a founder, it's for the mind and for honing analytical and visionary skills, but if you do it while walking in the park, the effect will be double.
The exercise is as follows: you need to find something that is changing the world right now, or changed it literally yesterday. And then take a couple of steps forward. To do this, you need to understand how the changed process interacted with people and processes, and find what "broke" or greatly improved. Then think about what will change next, what problems will arise, where the "shifts" will be further, and of course what to do about it. From this, an idea for a new product may be born. And whether our analysis succeeds or not is not important at all; if you do this even occasionally, your thinking will change (careful: this is irreversible).

Here is the change that I see. We have the internet, and the entry point to it is search engines - Google and Yandex. The model works like this: we type something into the search, it leads us to a website, where content lies, we read it, watch ads or buy something, and thus bring money to the site owner, who can then create new content. The business model is not complicated. But many queries have moved to chatbots, and Google and Yandex are introducing AI assistants that answer directly in the search results, so the person does not go to the site, does not watch ads, and does not bring money to the site owner. At the same time, content sites get almost all their traffic from search engines. Their business model is under threat. What will change in the world and on the internet in five years because of this? Try to think about it, I'll post my ideas in a couple of days, and those who do the exercise can post theirs in the comments. It will be an interesting discussion.
