⚡️ Yandex. Plans to launch its own virtual mobile operator

The base network for the project could be t2 (Tele2), but Yandex is also negotiating with other operators for automatic switching between networks.

Yandex's mobile operator will be launched in 5 regions of Russia by July 2026, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions. Beeline base stations will be used.
It is expected that subscribers will get unlimited access to music and movies. Also Yandex "Mobile" means competition in the communications market and a slowdown in price growth.
