Skutr Docs Beta Month. Interim results in numbers 👇

30 days ago I gave 30 freelancers access to the beta. The task was simple: to test whether AI can handle a freelancer's document workflow — from brief to act.

Here's what we got in the first month:

📊 What was generated:
— 214 briefs/technical specifications
— 87 commercial proposals
— 53 contracts
— 41 invoices
— 29 acts

⏱️ Average time:
— Brief + technical specification: client responds to AI in ~8 minutes, freelancer gets a ready-made specification
— Commercial proposal: 40 seconds instead of 30–60 minutes manually
— Contract from project data: 1 click

🔥 What surprised us:
— 73% of beta testers created 2+ briefs in the first week
— Several people asked: "If I leave the beta, can I continue using it?"
— 4 freelancers requested to connect their team

😬 What went wrong (honestly):
— AI sometimes overwhelmed clients with questions. Had to rewrite the logic: now if the client is unsure, the bot simplifies rather than deepens
— Two testers said their clients refused to go through the AI interview. Added a "freelancer fills in manually" mode
— Contract generation for LLCs with non-standard structure is still raw. Working on it

📌 Main takeaway of the month:
Freelancers don't want "yet another service." They want everything after the brief — commercial proposal, contract, invoice, act — to be generated automatically. No re-entering data. No copy-pasting from Google Docs.
