It seems it's never superfluous to repeat the difference between a product and a technology, a situation and a problem, a business and a startup. Today only about the first one. Using one example.
A beehive is technology. Although many say they are into bees, or will move to the countryside, start an apiary - but there is zero idea about a product. Bees are technology. And what are the products?
The most banal is honey, by the way it is also the least profitable, selling honey is the cheapest.
Bee sharing - I only saw one such company, they actually invented it, but damn, how brilliantly they packaged the product. In short - you remotely rent a hive, monitor via webcams, then receive honey in packaging with your own design. Google them if interested.
Renting out bees for pollination - more profitable than honey, by about 30%. We rent hives to farmers so that the harvest is well pollinated.
Bee breeding - many breed bees and sell colonies to beginner beekeepers.
Ecotourism - found several offers where you can go and work at an apiary under the supervision of an experienced beekeeper.
In summary - one technology, but many products. If your business is not working, first of all you need to change not the technology, but the product.
