🤩 // 🤩 studying?

my favorite practices for studying are still the Pomodoro and Feynman techniques

1. the essence of Pomodoro - intervals
25 minutes of work - 5 minutes of rest - 25 minutes of work, and so on in a circle until you fully master everything you need. for me, as a person with very scattered attention, this is a lifesaver to somehow focus. and a small tip: if you can't force yourself to sit down to something - promise yourself to do it for just 5 minutes. strange, but it always works, because either a feeling of incompleteness or interest appears, and it's much easier to complete the task

2. the essence of Feynman - simplification
a complex topic for good memorization should always be broken down and presented in the simplest possible diagram, or written as if explaining to a child, i.e. using simple terms and clear logic. it will be difficult to memorize what you yourself cannot explain, but this practice always helps in quick understanding. you can use more creative approaches and present the information through a table/diagram, if you have more visual perception, that also often works

what approaches do you use?
