In the agency world, there are many strange words and abbreviations that only a few can navigate deftly. The rest know only half of these terms.

Here is a glossary of all the working words of digital specialists that I could recall.

Pipeline — a sequence of tasks or a funnel. How a project is managed. Description of the conveyor's operation.
Workflow — a sequence of work with branching, not as strict as a pipeline, so the term can be used to describe internal processes that the client is not involved in.
Framework — a work methodology.
Timeline — a calendar plan.
Scope — the volume of work.
Kickoff — a start meeting, immersion.
Status call — a call to determine the status of tasks. Also known as a sync.

Stakeholders — those who influence decisions and are interested in them.
Escalation — involving higher-level employees in solving tasks.
Discovery — the stage of immersion into processes.
Research — investigation. Usually desk research.

Placement — the location of advertising.
Thought leadership — expert content / positioning through expertise.

Iteration — refinement.
Approval — approval.
Deadline — deadline, the due date for project completion or task resolution.
