Let me tell you about one of my favorite combos. Because it was with this that I realized: content automation is not "AI writes posts for you." It's when you remain the author but stop spending hours on mechanics.

The problem is familiar: you need to publish regularly — Telegram, Instagram, VKontakte. Each channel has its own format, its own length, its own images. In theory, you know what and when to publish. In practice, Monday starts with "damn, I need a post today, but I haven't written it yet." By Wednesday, the post is "postponed." By Friday, you've already forgotten that you promised three times a week.

Sound familiar? I've been through it myself 😅

⚙️ What I built

The setup is simple in concept but powerful in results:
→ 📝 The content plan lives in Google Sheets — topics, dates, channels, statuses. Nothing new, just a regular table.
→ 🧠 n8n picks up a topic on a schedule and sends it to a neural network (ChatGPT / Claude) along with context: tone of voice, examples of past posts, channel specifics. The neural network returns a draft — not a "finished post," but a draft tailored to the specific platform.
→ ✍️ The draft arrives in Telegram for the author to review. They edit, add personal touches, remove excess. They click "Publish" — and the post goes to the desired channel at the right time.
→ 📊 After publication, n8n collects basic statistics: views, reactions, comments. Once a week, a summary arrives: what worked, what didn't, which topics generated engagement.

💡 Why it works
Because it's not the creative part that's automated, but the routine. The person doesn't write "from scratch into an empty document on Monday morning" — they edit a ready draft. Psychologically, that's a completely different task. The entry barrier drops dramatically.
Plus, the main enemy of regular content disappears: the blank page. When you already have text in front of you, even if raw — you start thinking "what to fix here" rather than "what to write about at all." And content gets published on time.

🔢 Numbers from one implementation:
✅ Time to prepare a post: from 40–60 minutes to 10–15 minutes
✅ Publication regularity: from "whenever" to a stable 3 times per week
✅ Time for analytics: from "never" to 5 minutes per week (auto-report)

⚠️ Important nuance
The neural network is a tool, not an author. If you feed it an empty prompt — you'll get empty text. The magic is in how you convey context: your style, your voice, your values. Without this, any content machine will churn out identical "AI-text" that everyone has already learned to recognize.
So the first step is not setting up n8n, but defining your tone of voice. Who you are, how you speak, what you would never say. Once that's in place, the neural network becomes your second voice, not a replacement.
