Salary: Ready to discuss annual income from 4.5 million rubles based on interview results

Requirements:
— Higher specialized education (land relations, transport, construction, IT, and others)
— At least 4 years of state civil service or professional experience
— Managerial experience and project implementation are your advantage
— Deep understanding of the industry and ability to communicate in the language of specialists and managers
— High autonomy, strategic thinking, and result orientation
— Ability to prioritize state interests and work strictly within the legal framework

Job responsibilities:
— Search for best practices in public administration with their subsequent implementation in the region
— Launch and implement sectoral and regional projects in the areas of land relations, transport, construction, IT, and others
— Identify problem areas and "package" them into projects with a clear set of solutions
— Lead the project team, interact with government authorities and subordinate institutions
— Ensure high quality and successful completion of projects

Expected result:
— Portfolio of projects per year with measurable KPIs
— Implementation of solutions that reduce administrative barriers or improve the efficiency of specific processes
