I don't “do marketing.” I look for where the business has hidden money...

When sales stall, the owner usually starts pulling external levers: advertising, contractors, social networks, packaging, offers, website, content. A sense of movement is created. Sometimes even a vigorous one. But then time passes, and the money still doesn't move as it should.

Because the problem is often not in the tools.

The problem is in the blind spot.

In the place where the business has stopped noticing the obvious: a weak formulation of a strong product, a dead presentation of living value, a poor connection between marketing and sales, unused potential of the current base, an unclear meaning of the offer that the market simply does not read.

I work with exactly that.

I'm not about marketing for the sake of marketing. I'm not about fuss for the sake of appearing busy. I'm not about “let's tweak the ads a little more.”

I'm about finding where the business is actually losing money and helping to pull it out of those areas that usually become blurred for the owner.

My name is Stas Yesenin. I am a creative marketer from Krasnodar, a business tracker, author of the book “Word-of-Mouth Marketing. Ways to Develop a Business Without Investing in Advertising.” My specialization is marketing without unnecessary noise, finding growth points, creative marketing solutions, strong meanings, and living sales logic.

To put it simply, I help businesses answer unpleasant but useful questions.

Why is a good product selling weaker than it should? Where exactly is the money leaking? Why is advertising running but there is still no clarity and support? Why is the business doing a lot but not growing to its full potential? What exactly needs to be changed so that the market finally sees the value the way you see it?

A strong product by itself guarantees nothing. This is a harsh truth that entrepreneurs don't like but quickly learn in practice. You can be a professional, do quality work, be honest and deep, but if the client didn't understand why they need it right now, the market hasn't read you.

And that's where real marketing begins.

Not where there is more noise. But where there is more precision.

In 2026, this has become even more important. Because now businesses compete not only for people's attention but also for the attention of the systems that collect these answers: search engines, maps, recommendations, AI search, assistants like Alisa and other models. Today, it's no longer enough to just write text. You need to make it clear who you are, what you're useful for, who needs you, in what context to search for you, and why you can be trusted. Essentially, the winner is not the one who is louder, but the one who is clearer.

Therefore, I look at a business in several layers at once: meanings, positioning, offer, communication logic, customer journey, trust points, weak formulations, lost opportunities, SEO/GEO/AEO visibility. I'm not interested in “how to make it look nice,” but in “how to make it start selling and being read.”

This works especially well where the owner is already tired of templates and feels that the problem is deeper. When you don't need another person “for advertising,” but someone who can quickly get to the essence. Sometimes growth doesn't require a revolution. Sometimes it starts with one precise turn of thought, one new formulation, one unexpected angle of presentation, one solution that finally hits the client's nerve.

I work in that zone.

If you have a business, project, expert practice, or product that should be growing but feels like it's driving with the handbrake on, then almost certainly there is a blind spot nearby. And, as practice shows, that's often where the fastest money lies.

If this resonates, write to me in private messages. Let's see where your growth is currently being lost and what can be strengthened without unnecessary fuss.
