Energy boost before the weekend 😎
Victories come in different forms. You can close a project/task. You can make something with your own hands around the house. Or it can be very simple:
Marked all plans as done – now you can close the list
Cleared all the clutter from your desktop – now there's less visual noise
Cleaned up chats – now only important things are in front of you
And then you get a positive effect, not so much from the process itself, but from the result.
Closing a small gestalt sometimes brings a greater effect than a grand breakthrough.
It's important to acknowledge this moment by specifically saying why "You're great?".
I'm great because 🤔
I completed 80% of the project "Old Excel can still do it." I think I'll finish it today and then we'll prepare for the webinar, it's coming soon)
Oh, that M-language in Excel, you can't look at it without tears 😁
I got out of the Dunning-Kruger pit. This is the effect when you start a new endeavor energetically. And after some time, you fall into a state where you want to do more/better work. But you lack experience, and eventually you start burying yourself deeper and deeper in self-flagellation. Illustration in the comments.
If you also encounter this, remember:
The darkest hour is just before the dawn.
I try to cope with this through a systematic approach.
Where I analyze mistakes, approaches, and lay everything out in lists and matrices.
I'll tell you in a series of posts when we get to the village of Figmovo 🔥
I'm shedding my work persona early, starting Monday I'm on vacation for a week 😎
We're going to the countryside. After such an energetic start to the year, it's time to give a little mental rest. Hug the birch trees, wander through the forest.
I'll stay in touch, but I might be able to reply less in the comments since the area is completely dead zone (
Now it's your turn, praise yourself for your achievements this week and tell us about them in the comments 👇
