🔈 'The Savant' with Jessica Chastain Will Finally Be Released

Apple TV has finally decided to release the political thriller 'The Savant'. Jessica Chastain herself told Variety at the Breakthrough Prize ceremony in Santa Monica.

The series was originally scheduled to premiere in September 2025, but just three days before the premiere, Apple quietly postponed it. The reason was not officially stated, but everyone understood: on September 10, conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was killed in Utah, and the plot of 'The Savant' is about an undercover agent who infiltrates radical groups on the dark web and prevents terrorist attacks. Too awkward a coincidence.

Chastain publicly disagreed with the studio's decision at the time:

"I wish this series were irrelevant. Unfortunately, it is not."

Apple responded with a statement about "careful consideration" — and then everything went quiet.

Now the actress says directly:

"Before, I wasn't sure if we would ever see it. Now I can say — we will."

According to Variety sources, Apple is targeting July 2026.
