We played the boutique game in our time and stepped exactly on the rake I described in the previous post. You cannot focus too deeply and individually on ALL clients. Losing even one of them will be very painful.
An agency is a conveyor belt, and services should be standardized, brought to some maximum quality that you can deliver. And they should be provided as "mechanically" as possible, according to GOST, at any time of day.
Then scaling is possible. Without this, the agency either falls into the pocket of a large brand and sits there until it dies, or is forced to work with clients who themselves do not know what they want, but drive you crazy and ask to play with fonts.
And with them, as we all know, you can lose.
