What is the hardest part of social projects?

Not getting a grant. Not coming up with an idea.
The hardest part is not breaking down when the grant ends.

Will partners stay, will the team leave or be ready to continue working. And if they work, how and why?

Not everyone is ready to go for a second or any subsequent grants, and you really want to continue your favorite project, but how if you don't have commercial skills?
Here are a few recommendations:

1️⃣ Often people don't think about it, but it's worth considering in advance, before submitting a grant application, how to structure your project activities so that the result is a commercial project.

2️⃣ Okay, you have the grant, and you start working on your project.
Start counting how much time you and your team spend on various tasks, learn to optimize processes, and most importantly, start keeping a financial diary, calculating time/resources/task completion.
When writing the budget in the grant application, you probably made such a calculation approximately; now it's time to write everything as it is.
This habit will begin to accustom you to an entrepreneurial approach, where time and resources = money.

3️⃣ Work with all partners as if it's a long-term perspective and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Start treating partners as an investment, and don't forget to simply congratulate partners on all significant holidays.
4️⃣ If you need a space, it's better to start thinking about options in advance.
Maybe you'll find a subtenant, maybe you'll negotiate with current partners, maybe you'll think of an option through interaction with the state, or maybe you'll improve the project so much that you simply rent what you need.
5️⃣ Free clients are one of the biggest disappointments.
If you have only formed a "free service" but not "value," no more than 10% of the audience will stay with you. Either attract a large audience or gradually introduce paid services during the project implementation, accustoming them to the idea that it's paid.
6️⃣ Find a course that gives you the basics of entrepreneurial and project activities within socially-oriented business. Sign up and complete it.
By the way, you can sign up for it right on this channel, as we are forming a targeted program "Is there life after a grant?"
