Zoomers use AI for psychological help more often than others

25% of Generation Z turn to neural networks for emotional support. Millennials are not far behind — 21% of respondents use AI as a psychologist.

Interestingly, more than half (73%) of boomers use AI for practical purposes — the highest rate among other generations. Meanwhile, millennials are the most likely to use neural networks as a creative idea generator.
