Well, is it time to open the season in the park?

Already this Sunday (05/17) in Udelnaya Park there will be 2 practices:

10:00 Hatha yoga
11:00 Meditation for beginners

You can come to either one or both at once 🤗

Bring a mat, a water bottle, and warm clothes (for breathing practices, meditation, and shavasana).


The practice will take place if the weather is good.

After the class, you can thank me with any amount that feels right to you.
