🦞What to do to minimize the cost of attracting participants to a project?

Registration for a seminar for representatives of higher education institutions is currently open: link.
The number of participants is already such that the question of how to accommodate them has arisen.

At the same time, there is no advertising budget, and we did not send invitations to each university individually, saving time on organizational issues.

It's simple:
⭕️The target audience is well chosen. Their problem, "pain point", and request have been studied.
⭕️Communication channels are clear, where representatives of our target group are located, interaction has been established with two main partners: the Committee on Youth Policy and the Committee on Science and Higher Education.
⭕️The invitation is clearly formulated, indicating the time, place, topic, list of speakers, and most importantly, the benefit of participation for the university representatives themselves.
⭕️All actions are taken in advance, and announcements are posted taking into account all agreements with partners.

It seems not difficult, but how many mistakes project teams make before learning to work with target groups and their requests!
