I want to reflect on one of the comments to previous posts.

It's very hard when you don't know at all what you want to do ((

This is about the kind of work you'd like to do.

In response, I came up with this metaphor: you open your refrigerator and see a set of some products.

I'd like to know what situation the "I don't know what I want" comes from: is your refrigerator full of a variety of food or almost empty?
1. Right now, there's almost nothing in my refrigerator, and what's there I don't like.
Or
2. It's full of different foods for every taste, but I don't want anything, so I don't choose.

In the first situation, I would suggest you start with questions: What exactly don't you like about what's there? What criteria for each "product" definitely don't suit you? -> Having identified them, answer yourself, what then do you want if not this, what would be the opposite of these negative aspects?

In the second situation - look inside yourself: What do you feel when you have so much but you don't choose anything? And how would you like to feel? What makes you like that in other situations? What prevents you from taking the right "product" from the shelf?

By asking yourself questions and structuring your thoughts, you create a safe space for desires and self-understanding. Not from the position: I can't understand - I get upset - I criticize myself - I get even more confused. But from the position: I am ready to give myself time to figure it out and find the right solution. Starting is already a big step! You already have all the resources to do this (I wrote about it here)
