You just have to wait 🤷♀️
I promised you a post about running around and the principles that help me in my work.
I started writing it and it turned into a 10-page read ))
I had to work with a plane, and the result came out to 3 pages.
In the post, I'll gather the main ideas and how I came to them. And that you shouldn't panic if the same thing happens to you... you should always understand the situation and fix what caused the problem.
And everything will be fine 🔥
And if you need details, please go to VC, link below.

The main idea is this: 7 years of constant deadlines led to total exhaustion. I only noticed it a month ago, and I'm slowly recovering.
For every thought that it's time to rest, "There were 100 reasons why not now" 🤦♂️
I'll finish the project, survive the deadline, get through a tough month, and then breathe normally.
Only that "later" kept slipping away every time 😡
At first, I got used to being tired. Then I started sleeping worse. Then I noticed I was communicating with people more dryly than before. And then joy began to disappear.
Previously, a new project or idea gave me energy. But about a month ago, I noticed that instead of interest, there was heaviness. A new idea began to feel not like something alive, but like another job.
From the outside, everything looked normal. I was running work projects, doing personal projects, writing content, planning things. There was movement. But inside, it was like there was a lack of spark.
And for a long time I thought I just needed to pull myself together 👎
But "pulling myself together" turned out to be the same race .
The problem wasn't just at work. I got used to relying on bursts in everything. There's a task, let's pile on and do it now. There's something at home, let's quickly do it and that's it.
It was the same in sports. I started too abruptly. I wanted to push hard, get back in shape, kill myself in training. And after three months, I quit.
Now I'm looking at something else 👇
A simple question: "What can I do so that tomorrow I have the strength to continue? "
With training, this worked 🔥
I removed the global goal: lose weight, get back in shape in a month, or prove something.
I chose a simple format: go to the stadium three times a week, run a little, and work out on the horizontal bars and parallel bars.
The main thing is just to follow the limits.
Also, of course, our Friday praise in the channel helps me a lot. Sharing with you and reading about your victories is a joy 🩷
Plus, I try not to sit at the computer for more than an hour straight. After an hour, I take a 5-10 minute break: look out the window or sit with my eyes closed. The main thing is without a phone 💯
Sometimes I say simple things out loud: what my name is, what the date is, what time it is, where I am. Then I go through the five senses.
I wrote an article about this on VC. About fatigue, bursts, work, personal projects, and small practices that help me now.
P.S. Well, the photo looks like I'm sitting writing a book 😂
