From all of my May trip through Piedmont and Tuscany (mostly), I want to highlight one hotel because it's an absolute gem 🫶

Podere Vigliano - the coziest place, with absolutely top-notch views and a pool.
Gather your city friends, make them get a visa, and just go there for a week.
Logistically, it's also a convenient location; within an hour's drive, you have access to almost all worthy wineries and towns in the region, Florence is half an hour away, and the coast is just over an hour.

A good COOP is 5 minutes away, and all rooms/houses are equipped with dishes in such abundance that you start wanting to visit the Italians.

The houses are away from major roads, silence and clear skies, even a grill is available (and don't forget the wine).
Birds sing all day long, a luxury long forgotten by city dwellers.

Price - from 10 to 15 thousand per night, book on Ostrovok, Booking or directly, see where it's cheaper/more convenient.
