Do you know how many times I've heard this phrase?
Let's immediately define the terms:
— Idea
— Event
— Project
These are different things
Almost all the ideas I've come across are really cool. But an idea is just a spark, a beginning, a concept. To turn it into a project, you need to work hard. And that's exactly what experts pay attention to when reading an application.
Example
The applicant has a great idea related to creating an art festival.
But an art festival is an event, not a project.
We want to create a project that fits the logic and requirements of the grantor.
What concept did we come up with: creating workshops to develop certain skills, and the festival is the final element.
✨A project is a set of activities, with limited resources and time, including a team, aimed at achieving a specific goal.
🔗And what is the goal of a project, who knows?
