For 6 months we have been developing a wellness service for employees without any publicity. This is very interesting.
I and my team — developers. We are fully focused on this screen.
At some point, I realized that I had to take care of myself, because my back was hurting from sitting. It’s not about pain — it’s about the constant state of discomfort. My eyes were not focused. Back pain disappeared after three months of exercise at the computer.
We looked at the market — and understood that all solutions are not for us. Savings applications, coupons, finding 40 minutes. Developers with their eyes on the screen and consciousness through the clock of the clock are not there.
That’s how we created ProHealth.
What is it?A Web-service with micro-exercises for the eyes, spine, and stress relief. It works in the browser — nothing needs to be downloaded. Convenient reminders come in Telegram or browser through a widget. The session lasts 3–10 minutes.
What else— A library of exercises for the eyes, neck, spine, stress relief— Reminders in Telegram and browser— Gamification: levels, progress, statistics— Corporate panel: hr sees employee engagement“ Dark and light theme, regime for slacks
Why we are writing here
At this stage, the product works, but we need to get it under real user scenarios. We want to find companies and teams who are willing to try and say honestly what is wrong, what is missing, what is uncomfortable to use every day.
For this, we give 6 months of free access for all employees. And the most important thing — those who sign up, really influence the product: we open up a communication channel with early adopters of how to make fitness better.
If your company works remotely or in an office at computers — write to us in DM https://t.me/pavel_chernov58, tell the details and give access.
And you, as a reader, would you like to participate in the company? Is there a practical use case — or do you have any questions about the product itself?
