"The shit hit the fan", I thought when I heard an argument about whether food rots in the stomach and intestines.

I probably have a professional deformation. Because it seems to me that people have long stopped believing in horror stories about food rotting in the GI tract or about the "harm" of white rice.

But no. These myths are just like Lenin: they lived, are alive, and apparently will live.
And this is actually where my project started: with debunking myths and fighting obscurantism.

So let's go analyze another horror story. First, I suggest you answer: myth or truth?
