So a client is at a meeting with a bank, sipping delicious coffee, with a pleasant manager sitting across. They are handed a contract. They quickly skim through it, see some vague clause about interest rates... but they sign.
Why?
In that moment, social fear kicks in. The client feels awkward stopping the process, starting to ask a bunch of questions, and looking like a distrustful paranoid or a bureaucrat. Psychologists call this — fear of appearing difficult.
🔣 Facts in numbers.
According to statistics, 91% of people accept terms of agreements without reading them. And 68% sign even if they don't fully understand the essence, trying not to drag out the process. In negotiations, this makes us very vulnerable. We trust, sacrificing safety for false politeness.
👮♂️ In the classic negotiation tactic "Good Cop / Bad Cop," there always needs to be someone who says a hard "NO" so the other can remain friendly and constructive.
Usually, lawyers play this role, but they aren't always around (especially in everyday situations).
For such cases, we have a simple quick function:
1️⃣ You take a photo of the entire contract
2️⃣ Upload it via photo in the Legiscan bot (more convenient via phone)
3️⃣ AI finds the risks.
4️⃣ You return to the manager with a smile and say the magic phrase:
"Listen, I'm not strong in legal nuances myself, but I ran through our terms here, buddy you're not right. Let's fix a few points and sign calmly."
Currently, this is the fastest way to remove social awkwardness and protect your side.
