Yesterday we had a sunny practice in Udelnaya Park - thank you to everyone who shared this practice with us 🤗

In the coming week, we plan 2 yoga and meditation practices:

🌿 On Friday at 10:00 in Sosnovka
(Same place - wooden deck near the intersection of Svetlanovsky Prospekt and Rue Jacques Duclos)

🌿 On Sunday at 10:00 in Udelnaya Park
(Same clearing, near the squirrel feeder)

Park practices are held in good weather. I will announce cancellations here - keep an eye on updates.

Park practices are donation-based: after the session, you can thank me with any amount of your choice.
