Release date: In theaters from February 2, then the film will appear in the Apple TV+ catalog

Henry Cavill as a super-spy traveling the world? No, it's not "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.", it's "Argylle" by Matthew Vaughn ("Kingsman: The Secret Service"), which will hit theaters in February 2024 and then Apple TV+.

The film will tell the story of Elly Conway, a writer and author of the "Argylle" book series, whose works seem to come to life in the real world.

In addition to Cavill, the main roles feature Bryce Dallas Howard, John Cena, Dua Lipa, Samuel L. Jackson, Sofia Boutella, Sam Rockwell and Bryan Cranston.

This film in every way resembles the Kingsman series and looks like a light action movie for a wide audience. Let's hope Vaughn still has something to surprise us with in this genre.

The Instigators

The Instigators is a thriller by Doug Liman ("Edge of Tomorrow") written by Chuck MacLean and Casey Affleck.

A botched robbery forces two thieves to go on the run, taking one of their psychotherapists with them.

Starring Casey Affleck and Matt Damon, who is also producing the film along with Ben Affleck under their production company Artists Equity. Additionally, the film will feature musician Jack Harlow.

Wolves

Release date: In theaters from September 20, then the film will appear in the Apple TV+ catalog

Wolves is a psychological action thriller written and directed by Jon Watts (it seems Marvel Studios gave him his passport and allowed him to make something other than "Spider-Man").

Two professional fixers find themselves hired for the same job, triggering a chain of unexpected events.

The film stars George Clooney and Brad Pitt, who will appear on screen together for the first time in 15 years! This fact alone makes the project highly anticipated.

Criminal Record

Release date: January 10

In the center of London, an anonymous phone call prompts two brilliant detectives — a young woman at the start of her career and a well-connected man wanting to protect his legacy — to begin a fight to correct an old miscarriage of justice.

"Doctor Who" star Peter Capaldi plays the role of Senior Detective Daniel Hegarty, a police veteran who gained recognition in an old murder case. However, when young detective June Lenker (Cush Jumbo) learns that the man who confessed may be innocent, she tries to uncover the truth about that case.

Masters of the Air

Release date: January 26

The premiere of the new World War II series will take place on Apple TV+ in January 2024. "Masters of the Air" has garnered incredible attention largely due to the individuals involved in its creation.

The show's producers are Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, who previously worked together on "Saving Private Ryan," "Band of Brothers," and "The Pacific."

The main roles are played by some of Hollywood's biggest young stars, Austin Butler ("Elvis") and Barry Keoghan ("The Banshees of Inisherin").

The first four episodes were directed by Cary Fukunaga ("True Detective").

The New Look

Release date: February 14

This emotionally gripping series tells the story of how fashion icon Christian Dior and his contemporaries, such as Coco Chanel, Pierre Balmain and Cristóbal Balenciaga, overcame the horrors of World War II and launched modern fashion.

The main roles are played by Ben Mendelsohn (Christian Dior), Juliette Binoche (Coco Chanel), Maisie Williams (Catherine Dior), Glenn Close (Carmel Snow), Emily Mortimer (Elsa Lombardi) and John Malkovich (Lucien Lelong).

Constellation

Release date: February 21

The series is characterized as an exploration of the dark sides of human psychology and a woman's desperate quest to uncover the truth about the hidden history of space travel and reclaim everything she has lost.

Noomi Rapace plays the role of Jo, an astronaut who returns to Earth after a disaster in space but discovers that key pieces of her life seem to be missing.

The director of the project is Michelle MacLaren ("Game of Thrones," "Breaking Bad," "The Morning Show").

Manhunt

Release date: March 15

Part historical novel, part political thriller – this series tells the story of the aftermath of the first assassination of a U.S. president and the struggle to preserve and protect the ideals underlying Abraham Lincoln's reconstruction plans.

The new drama, based on the bestseller "Manhunt: The 12-Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer," stars Tobias Menzies, Anthony Boyle, Lovie Simone, Will Harrison, Brandon Flynn, Patton Oswalt, Matt Walsh and Hamish Linklater.

Palm Royale

Release date: March 20

"Palm Royale" is the story of Maxine Simmons (Kristen Wiig), trying to break into high society in Palm Beach in 1969. The project attempts to answer the eternal question: "What are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?"

The plot is based on the novel "Mr. & Mrs. American Pie" by Juliet McDaniel.

In addition to Wiig, the series stars Ricky Martin, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Kaia Gerber, Laura Dern, Allison Janney and Bruce Dern.

Franklin

Release date: Unknown

"Franklin" is a biographical miniseries about the founding father of the United States, Benjamin Franklin, based on the book "A Great Improvisation: Franklin, France, and the Birth of America" by Stacy Schiff.

The plot focuses on the eight years Benjamin Franklin spent in France to persuade that country to support American democracy.

The lead role in the project is played by Michael Douglas. He is joined by Noah Jupe and Eddie Marsan.

Confirmed series in post-production that will likely premiere in 2024:

• The Big Cigar – a miniseries based on the eponymous 2012 Playboy article by Joshua Bearman;
• Sugar – a sci-fi series created by Mark Protosevich, starring Colin Farrell;
• Bad Monkey – a crime drama starring Vince Vaughn and Michelle Monaghan;
• Chief of War – a historical miniseries starring Jason Momoa. The plot revolves around the turn of the 18th century, when four major kingdoms of the Hawaiian Islands were at war;
• Dark Matter – a sci-fi series starring Joel Edgerton about a Chicago physicist who enters an alternate version of his life and must fight to return to his real life to prevent his alternate self from harming his family;
• Lady in the Lake – in 1960s Baltimore, an investigative journalist looking into an unsolved murder clashes with a woman working to solve problems in the city's Black community. The protagonist leaves her loving husband and big house in Pikesville to pursue a career as a newspaper reporter. She becomes obsessed with solving the mystery of two separate murders: 11-year-old Tessie Fine and a bartender named Cleo Sherwood;
• Presumed Innocent – a miniseries starring Jake Gyllenhaal about a prosecutor who becomes the prime suspect in the murder of one of his colleagues;
• Time Bandits – a fantasy series created by Jemaine Clement, Iain Morris and Taika Waititi based on the eponymous 1981 film directed by Terry Gilliam;
• Land of Women – a dramedy starring Eva Longoria about a woman who is forced to flee with her mother and daughter to Spain after her husband disappears amid an investigation into his financial affairs;
• Sunny – a black comedy about a woman living in Kyoto whose husband and son disappeared in a plane crash, and who receives a home robot as a gift from her husband's robotics company.
