Friday, everyone is angry and tired.

Against this backdrop, I'm eating and thinking about how acceptable strict boundaries are in communication with clients.

I have always been a proponent of such boundaries, but now, working in a large network of agencies, I see that not everyone cracks the whip in time.

Because of this, contractors become some kind of constant punching bag and scapegoat.

I, on the other hand, try to save my nerve cells and not let people take it out on me and make me and my subordinates/employees guilty of everything.

I don't know who is right. Perhaps if I were more pliable to being beaten, I would already be a millionaire.

For now, my wealth is the gratitude from people who carry out my tasks.
