I have a documented pattern: finish the product to a working state and get stuck right before distribution. This has happened more than once.

So this time I'm starting a new project the other way around - with a public promise.

Product: Telegram Mini App where you take a quiz and get an RPG card of your alter ego - archetype, faction, stats, backstory. Deterministically from answers, not random. The card is designed so that you want to share it in a chat.

Promise: the product is not considered launched until I post 20–30 videos on four platforms. This is written in bold in the vision. The progress and all numbers are here, in the channel.
