The electronic visa grants the right to a single entry and stay in Taiwan for up to 30 days. It costs about 50 dollars, and an international card is required for payment.

Or, the old-fashioned way, go to Patriki and tell unknown people about your income get a paper visa at (quoting) the Taipei Moscow Coordination Commission for Economic and Cultural Cooperation.

2. UnionPay cards from Rosselkhozbank have started to be linked in WeChat, which significantly simplifies your life in China.
You can still issue a ruble UnionPay card for free here; the yuan card is already paid, but you can also pay with the ruble card without any issues. Order one if you don't have it and link your account while you still can. Apparently, sooner or later we will all end up in China, at least for a layover on the way to Japan.
