The famous restaurant "Syrovarnya" in central Vladivostok was closed for 60 days by a court order.

The bailiff department for the Vladivostok urban district received a writ of immediate execution issued by the Leninsky District Court. The basis was a protocol from Rospotrebnadzor under Article 6.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation on violation of sanitary standards. The inspection was conducted after a complaint from residents of the building about high noise levels.

The company's management was warned of administrative and criminal liability if the court decision is not complied with. During the suspension of operations, bailiffs will regularly check the integrity of the seals.
