"They'll be pushing their product on me for two hours again. Screw that, I'm not filling out this questionnaire." (c)

I understand this fear. Because there really are experts who, instead of a diagnostic consultation, put on pressure like: "Pay now or you'll burn in hellfire." I get annoyed by that myself, and of course, I don't do that.

How does a consultation actually go?

→ We look at your situation, analyze your current point, set a goal, and figure out what's stopping you from reaching it. Some people already understand at this point what they need to change today to lose the first kilograms.

→ We evaluate your situation based on 6 key criteria, and you see where your bottlenecks are. You'll clearly see on a diagram what needs to be improved to start losing weight consistently and without setbacks.

→ At the end, I outline an individual step-by-step plan to reach your desired weight and maintain it. But keep in mind, it won't be a magic pill. Some may need six months or a year to achieve such a result. But after the consultation, you'll know exactly how and where to go.

For example, during one such consultation, a girl came who wanted to lose 10 kg. She understood a lot about diet and calorie deficit, but evening binges messed everything up.

I suggested a very simple solution, and after just 3 weeks, she wrote that she had lost 2 kg. She didn't join my group. It's not the desired 10 kg, but now she knows where to go to reach her goal.

→ At the end of the call, I tell you about the group. But not to everyone, only to those for whom it would be suitable.

And I never pressure you. You won't hear during the consultation: "Pay right now, or I'll spoil the ending of the coolest Turkish series for you!"

No. On the contrary, I often send people to think it over so they don't buy on impulse. Sometimes I tell someone that the group isn't suitable. Like the girl who wrote the review in the screenshot.

None of the girls who came for a call left disappointed. Some got their plan and went on to lose weight on their own because they didn't need the group.
Some joined the group, some went into individual work.
There were no cases where someone came and wasted their time.

Right now, the group is already full, and we start on Monday.
There are three spots left for a call, and I'll take at most one person into the group. I can't handle more because I dive deep into each participant's situation.

To get a consultation, fill out a short questionnaire by February 24. We'll have a call, get acquainted, and I'll analyze your situation.
