Yoga and MFR — when your body finally feels good
Does this sound familiar?
— constant nagging pain in your neck
— your back reminds you of itself more often than you'd like
— your body feels stiff in the morning
— even after rest, you still feel tense
spoiler: your body just needs care, not achievements.
MFR (myofascial release) is a gentle self-massage. It helps tissues recover, improves blood and lymph flow, and restores mobility to the body.
In the yoga with MFR format, we move calmly, breathe, listen to our body, and gradually release tension. You'll feel the difference even after the first session! Your body will become more relaxed and flexible.
What regular practice gives you: — less tension and stiffness — less pain, more freedom of movement — mobile joints and a flexible body — better posture (and a more confident gait) — reduced swelling — improved blood and lymph flow — better body awareness and control
Important: MFR is a great practice, but not for everyone: it is contraindicated for fresh wounds and injuries, exacerbations of chronic diseases, thrombosis, cancer, and fever.
If you have any questions, feel free to discuss and find a suitable format.
